Belmont County Animal Rescue League provides financial assistance to those that improve the well-being of companion animals in the county and to assist in the effort to limit overpopulation of these animals.

Funds are available for feline spay or neuter.
BCARL will cover the cost, however, we ask that you pay
what you are able to enable more cats to have the procedure.
